This 8 Weeks of 1:1 Coaching is designed to push you a little harder so that you get results.
It doesn't mean it will be a miserable experience. On the contrary, it's going to be an EMPOWERING experience where you get to realise just what you are capable of!
My coaching beliefs are very much about getting results and feeling good whilst living the life you love. And whilst my clients ARE living their life and getting RESULTS with this approach, it does take a little longer. So for this 8 weeks of coaching, I will be taking a more 'No Nonsense' approach.
1:1 Coaching is personal.
I'm going to get to know you and learn what makes you tick. This is not cookie cutter coaching.
You will learn more about nutrition in 8 weeks than you have your entire life.
You'll be eating more and losing weight. I'll be teaching you how.
Night time snacking & feeling sluggish will be a thing of the past
You'll understand how to eat to lose weight and create a more structured approach.

You're about to get more active and increase your steps based on your start point.

Home or Gym generic workouts to get you strong
Women who are ready to work hard, put in the effort and are ready to show up for themselves and who want RESULTS!
Women who procrastinate, aren't ready to take on board suggested changes or my feedback or not ready to do the work.
I'm menopausal and get cravingsI
I am menopausal too so I know exactly how this feels! I will support you in how to better manage your cravings and get results.
Do I have to count calories and track my food?
Yes because this helps you learn about nutrition, food values and how to manage your calorie intake and have better control over the amount of calories you are consuming. It is a great tool. It's not for the rest of your life!
Can I still go out for meals?
Yes! Except this time I will be setting you up to enjoy your meal out without ruining your progress.
I have a weekend away
Great, you can enjoy your weekend away but I'll give you a more structured approach. It will mean you can't have everything you want but if you want results, compromising and saying "No" gets you results.
I can never stick to a diet
That's because the diets you've done in the past weren't right for you. You've never been taught how to eat and lose weight.
Is this a quick fix?
No this is not a quick fix. You will learn valuable tools and skills that you can apply to maintain your results or continue getting results.
I don't have time to exercise or I already do classes/gym
The focus on this 8 weeks is to nail your nutrition. Workouts are included but not the priority in this 8 weeks.

You can continue 1:1 Coaching.
